📦 Shipping Notice

All orders are shipped via commercial express services. In most cases, your package will be delivered within 3–7 business days.
We work with trusted logistics partners including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other commercial carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.

📦Processing Time:

·Uncustomized: usually 24 hours
·Customized: 5 - 7 business days

·Pre-sale product: 10 - 15 business days

The specific delivery time depends on the purchasing time. We do not process on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

Notice:

· Delivery delay due to selling season & bad weather conditions, etc.

Tracking Information:

· You will receive an order confirmation email that will include your order number.

· You can track your package directly on the TRACKING ORDER option on the bottom of our site with your tracking number.

· Besides, our system will send you an email when your orders ship out but the email might be identified as spam. Please note.

· Any modification on the order should be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Modifications include but are not limited to: cancel an order, change address information, add/delete/change item(s), change the shipping method, combine shipment. All such requests made within the 24 hours time frame will be fulfilled in a timely manner. Gixhair will not be held responsible for the wrong order due to the request for modification submitted later than 24 hours after purchase.
